Hmmm. Was John Shannon Sr. in Scotland, the father of Thomas in Northern Ireland whose 4 sons came over here? There must have been a John Shannon Jr. maybe he was the one who went to Ireland and it might have been his 4 sons who came over. Will you help me straighten these out? What are the dates on their births so we can keep them in order? When I got onto google, there was a big list of about 300-400 Shannons, alphabetized by first name, which was nice as all the Thomas Shannons were together. Thanks for the urls, I will check them, tho everyone seems to be the one Agnes-Eigness line. Wonder who is researching the other lines. Thanks for your help. I need to hurry to find Thomas's parents as my husband is tired of me being on the internet so much and is now into making music, so I need to give it up a lot these days. Thanks.
