Have noted of late reference to Scotch-Irish Protestant Shannons in Penna. in 1700s. Am new to this research, and am stuck looking for ancestors, siblings, kin, etc. of John A. Shannon, born March 9, 1790 in Penna. (where?, dont know?) Married August 10, 1820 Nicholas County, Kentucky, to a Keziah (Keziola?) Rogers , died August 24, 1852 in Licking County, Ohio.
