Hello Carey, Well, another cousin! How far along are you on your genealogy? The David you mention as wed to Jane McKnight would be a brother to my Gr-Gr-Gr-Grandfather, Joseph Shannon. You will find that our Shannons all use the same christian names . So we have to be precise when we speak about one individual. We all have our George, James, Samuel, John, Thomas Jefferson,etc. One of my Greatgrandfather's brothers started the Shannon Fisher feud trying to protect his younger brother.
