Hi Debra I have been researching the Shannon's for sometime now and Andrew Shannon from Morgan and Anderson was my g-g-g grandfather. He had a daughter named Mary but she was married to James Russell in Anderson County in 1849. She was born in 1829. Also Andrew had a sister named Mary and she was born in 1791. I don't know who she was married to. Andrew had a brother, Charles who was married to Agnes Duncan. I grew up in Morgan County and I have heard of Craven Duncan but other than that I don't know anything about him. I have some records of Morgan County that I will look at and see if I can come up with some information for you. Good luck Jane
