A warning was just sent out by rootsweb about a virus that sends itself out from infected machines by choosing a name at random from the address book and a message title from the inbox so that it looks like it came from another machine that is not infected. Rootsweb will not allow attachments to individual messages so if you get a message that appears to be from rootsweb with an attachment, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. The email will have some or all of these words in it: <<Hypercool Happy New Year 2000 funny programs and animations>> Any email offering free samples, and/or cool stuff etc. as attachments should automatically be suspect and be deleted.
