Dear Shannon List, I have just heard from a cousin who I have connected with from Ireland. He had lived on the West Coast (U.S.) for some time twenty or so years ago. He mentioned that he had relatives, which would be mine also, in the San Francisco area. He said they owned a construction company. Can anyone relate to this. They're name is probably Shanahan, so he thinks. (My g-grandfather changed his name to Shannon when he came to America in the 1860s). I would love to have this be a find.
