    3. Joyce, Yes according to the information (I got all the information I have off the tombstone) William Leroy was born 7 May 1889 and died 1 June 1982. His wife was Mae Marie born 6 December 1896 and died 23 February 1966. They were married 10 September 1919William Leroy is buried at Mount Liberty Cemetery at Oak Hill, KS. Since this is where my mother's (Parents Harvey Homer & Emma Earl Shannon) family is buried and they all lived in the same small area of Kansas I was hoping to find a connection so I took the information for future lookups! Hope this will help you! 2. Special to "Sallie Rosa" My GEORGE SHANNON was born in 12 Oct 1816 in Pa., was married to Anna Mary Lutzenheiser on 21 Jan 1840 in Stark Co., Ohio, and died in Ohio on 10 June 1911. We're both running up against the problem that almost every SHANNON family in the 19th century had a GEORGE. Good Luck Herb
