Hi all I just went into irishorigins.com and typed in a free research for Denis Cleary, and it came up with 33 references to him on the evaluation, and then when I tried to get it, they wanted me to pay for it...I didn;t go for it because after they had my credit card # Idon;t know if they just keep me on as a member and take it out of the card??? I just didn;t want to get into another thing like Ancestry... Is there anybody out there, that has a way to get those things off the Griffiths without charge? My Denis ((far as we know)) was from Neenah, Tipperary, Ireland. Thanks for any information Judy
Hi Judy, The Griffiths Index I have (from FTM) has just 24 Denis CLEARY entries & of these only 1 is from Tipperary but the Parish is Ballynaclough & Townland is Lisatunny. The remaining 23 come from Clare (7), Cork (6), Kerry (2), Kildare (1), Kilkenny (1), Limerick (4) & Offaly/Kings (2) . Unfortunately the disc does not contain any further information about any of these except Parish & perhaps Location. If any of these whet your interest I'l provide what I can.
