I'm pretty sure a discussion of WordPerfect and genealogy programs would be 100% *on* topic at one of the zillion other Rootsweb mailing lists. I believe there's at least one with "software" in its name. So...go to <www.rootsweb.com>, look on the left panel for info on mailing lists and follow the links.
