As addressed on our homepage, some isp's turn digests into attachments that you have to open (aol is notorious for doing this). This is -not- a Rootsweb problem, this is something you have to address with your isp. I've heard that resetting your mail options somehow allievates this problem. If you are a digest user and get "blank" digests, you need to contact your isp to find out what the problem is with your email settings. Unfortunately, it's not something I (or Rootsweb) can assist you with. If you can't fix the situation, your alternative would be to resubscribe in regular mail mode, where you get each message individually.
