Word has been received from the family of a well known and respected listmember, John Maurice Broderick Sr, whom many of you knew as "Sean Ruad", died unexpectedly yesterday, Saturday, April 7, 2001 at his home in Arlington Massachusetts USA. All of us in the Irish genealogical community owe a great deal to this man for his indespensible website on Irish geography, the IreAtlas Townland Database at http://www.seanruad.com His family has asked that anyone who wishes to express to them what their dad meant to them to email them at wfb25@mediaone.net .
