Waterford. ALCOCKE is another variation of that name. The first of that family came to Ireland with Henry II, from Surrey, England, and settled at Downpatrick. Three branches of that family are settled in Munster; Ballyhoe, co. Carlow, Wilton Castle, co. Wexford, and Dunmore, co. Waterford. There is a pedigree going up to 1887, but you don't mention what years you are interesrted in. Patrick Traynor, in California's gold-rush country. tray@jps.net TRAYNOR'S Web Page (Irish stuff) http://members.nbci.com/pattraynor/
