I decided to change my contract from 3 months to 1 year. I have to use the 800# to make that change as well. I would suggest that you not try to conduct any large business on an 800# on a Monday. There is always a long wait for most 800# on Monday. I doubt I will be canceling this service soon. I get more results on Ancestry than any other place. Close second is FTM. Good Luck, Bettye
