Just adding to names being spelt or pronounced incorrectly. I come from Dublin, now retired and living in England, when I'm in Ireland people I have known from childhood, always refer to me as Tommy Welsh and sometimes I've had letters with my surname spelt as Welch. My mother's Christian name was Mary Frances Hawkins. So as I do my research, I have to watch out for all theses and other peculiarities which I believe adds to the adrenalin of the searcher, or am I just peculiar.
