Yes, I posted some but only after I had quite a few in my mail box from the list. I thought I had missed the e-mail telling of the start. Possibly others did too. The messages from this list have been few and far between until recently and it one could be missed very easily. Let us be kind to one another please.

    3. Looking for ANY INFORMATION regarding: Owen Kelly, born Monaghan Ireland 1842. Travelled to Boston and arrived in August 1852-3. He was about 10 years old....cannot establish if his family came with him or he was orphaned due to the famine. I believe his parents were Owen and Mary Kelly....like a needle in a haystack. His Citizenship papers say he was born in Monaghan....town or county?? unknown. I cannot find him between landing in 1852 until about 1860 when he enlisted in the army and went to war. Thanks.... Son of John O'Leary and Anna Condron - no other info on parents 3 brothers: Thomas, William, Denis Married Anne Kane Sept. 1915 Adopted one son Jeremiah Jr. born Sept. 15, 1922 Deceased 1935 Other info: Was an alderman in NYC in the 20s. Contact was lost between Jeremiah and his brothers after a falling out between Jeremiah and his brother Denis, a lieutenant on the NYC police department. I would like to learn any information about Jeremiah's parents, John and Anna, and any information on what became of Jeremiah's 3 brothers and their descendents. Thanks! Sue
