Hi Barbara: I have not run across any names or dates similiar to yours. My grandfather was Albert Clair Shaffer born in Jefferson Cty, PA. His father was Jacob Shaffer who was son of Valentine Shaffer. Valentine Shaffer's father was Johannes Martin Shaffer who came to this country around 1749 and settled in Lehigh County.
