Might anyone have a family connection to HELEN ALICE SCHAEFFER? Helen Alice SCHAEFFER b: circa 1870 -1875 d: abt 1904, Schuylkill Co., PA Married circa 1890 - 1895: Stanley PAUPPER (there is some notion his last name may have been KLEPACKI) b: unknown d: abt 1903, Schuylkill Co., PA They had 3 children: Sarah (b: 1892 - 1896; perhaps married someone named FITZ); Eleanor Alexandra (b: Mar 17, 1897 or 1900, Pottsville, Schuylkill Co., PA m: Robert MACFARLAND); Stanley (b: Aug 27, 1902) With the deaths of both parents, the 3 children were orphaned quite young & reared by an aunt who was a sister of Helen Alice's. No one in the family today can remember a name for her. The SCHAEFFERS and/or PAUPPERS might have been in the dry goods business; mercantile. Stanley PAUPPER had a shoe shop.
