OH. and Susanna Shafer. I have found info that says he may be George L. Cailey Jr. but this didn't come from Our family info. we are trying to find info on his ancestors. I was given notes on a paper to help me that say only "Dublin, Waterford , Gaelic, National Archives Bishop St. Dublin 8 Ireland". I assume these are all places in Eng.
