My Shaffer familes lived in Richland and Fulton County Ohio, Jacob Shaffer born 1772 in Pa, his wife was Elcy. They moved to Fulton County Ohio in 1837. He and his son, Michael Shaffer were listed in the 1850 Census of Fulton. Michael married Rosannah Ely in 1835 in Richland County Ohio. If these names fit your Shaffer family please notify me.
