Greetings All, Looking for the birth location of Christian SHAFFER b 24 Aug 1787. Location probably Lehigh County, PA. Christian married Susannah SHAD, b 14 April 1793 in Whitehall Twp, PA. This family moved to Lockport, Niagara Co, NY, probably in the 1820s. From the census records of their children, it would seem that their marriage date would have been between 1815 and 1820. Any help our clues would be greatly appreciated.
