Does anyone have information on SHAFERs or SHAFORs who moved from NewJersey to southwest Ohio in the early 1800s? The earliest name I'm sure of is Peter Shafor, who is buried in Amanda Cemetery near Middletown, Ohio. thanks, Jenny Hecker
