I can't seem to learn much more other than my Grandmother on her Shaffer, Schaffer, etc side of the family. I have been told one uncle was named after 2 G-Grandfather's or Grandfathers, and another was named Frederick and I don't see that on his Dad's side of the family, so could this be a chance? I have a picture of my G-Grandparents, but no given names. They were visiting my Grandmother at the time, so that would have been in Ohio, though I don't think they lived there then. I know nothing about them and for years have been at a dead end. I did finally learn where my Grandmother was buried, but only by accident. Someone writing a book that had my Grandmother married to a relative not possible. I am told the information was given by someone that found some information on a post I made on a board, when I thought I knew something! But that was something I never posted, I knew better. Thanks for any help you could offer.
