    3. I belong to FMP and I chose my own password. Maybe someone originally registered with them and just happened to have a very similar address to you but accidentally used yours which would explain why the password looks like a system generated one and has never been changed, i.e. they couldn't log in again after that? Possible though a slim one perhaps. I think I'd call FMP up though and ask some details ([email protected] or call us on 020 3326 6300). They may be able to verify some other information and advise what to do if you don't think it is yours. Or advise when the account was set up and whether the logon has ever been used? If it hasn't and you reset the password then presumably it will now be secure?
