I tried this morning to see if there were updates waiting to be installed on FTM 2011. I got a message saying that I had no system administrator rights required for updates and suggesting I log in to my pc as administrator or run the application using administrator rights. Earlier, I had changed my laptop password without problem and was described as the administrator, so I do not understand why FTM does not regard me as such. Please can anyone advise? Diana, Right click the application and select "Run as Administrator", some applications run in different contexts on users machines. What Operating System do you have?
