with regard to the “deceased” written on the marriage certificate, that happened to me for a 1912 wedding, and I did finally find the “deceased” person’s death entry for 1923. He had been in a lunatic asylum for more than 30 years and I just think that the bride was too ashamed to admit the fact, so don’t give up yet. Linda member 12378
