    3. I agree with John ..... "errors contained within the certificates should be quite rare" -but so rare that mistakes should be able to be corrected quite quickly! We should not have to wait another fortnight, before enjoying the courtesy of a reply & only then after spending time and money on the phone! All people make mistakes, I know I do,,, but most of us try to correct them ASAP!
