Re Divorce: Briefly - Roman Catholics can, and do, obtain divorces but as a civil matter, not a religious one. Therefore they are not free to marry again. On the other hand, an annulment means that there was no valid marriage in the first place and the couple are free to marry again. I don't know about records, but if I find out where they might be found I will pass on the information.
