Hi Joe There are three Hampshire lists that I know of. [HAM] (Hampshire list, linked to Hampshire Genealogical Society), [ENG-HANTS], and [HAMPSHIRE-LIFE]. I subscribe to all three. The last two don't seem to be linked to societies, but are hosted by rootsweb, and are very friendly and helpful, though fairly quiet at times. [HAM] has proved difficult for me, too, with several bounces when I started with them. The list administrator was quite particular about how long messages were, what was in them, and what links I put in to try to help others. I was not, for example, allowed to link to the ancestry pages on my website because the website also contained commercial information. However, I have exchanged some useful information with some of the friendly and helpful subscribers. All the best Tony 9967 PS I haven't copied this to EOLFHS, because last time I did that, my message was rejected !?
