I am new to genealogy research please excuse me if I seem long winded with my request. I am looking for help. I need information about the death and burial place of William Hoad of Alciston and son Thomas. Also the birth of William Goddard and his daughter Susan. I have included my research to date. I hope there is a fellow researcher out there who may be able to assist me. I am from Sydney, Australia and accessing these records may become very expensive. Please help. Parents of William Hoad b 1788. John Hoad b. 1762 Sussex married to Elizabeth Goddard b. 1762 Sussex ( this information came from the internet) William Hoad b.1788 married Elizabeth Balcombe b 1796 at Hamsey 1815 they produced John b 1814 at Alciston, William b. 1818 at Alciston, Henry b. 1820 at Lewes, Thomas b. 1821 ? Sussex & George b. 1823 at Hamsey. I have NSW Death Certificates for: John d. 1878 Carcoar NSW, William d. 1875 Cowra NSW, Henry d.1882 Tumut NSW, George d. 1896 Tumut NSW. I have no record of Thomas and I believe he died in England. 2nd marriage Elizabeth HOAD nee Balcombe married WILLIAM GODDARD in Brighton with issue Susan at Brighton b 1836 who married John Edward Bridle at Tumut NSW 1855. Susan d 1903 and is buried at Tumut. as per NSW Death Certificate 1859/005226Elizabeth Goddard nee Balcombe b1796 Alciston d. 1859 Tumut NSW Australia as per NSW Death Certificate. 1859/005226William Goddard b 1794 Hamsey d. 1858 Tumut NSW Australia as per NSW Death Certificate 1858/005522the above lived in Australia for four years before their deaths and are buried in the Pioneer Cemetery Tumut.
