Hi Sharon, You certainly have a problem for there is NO Frederick Charles Bertram Ferdinand Grosvenor born 1890-98 anywhere in England and Wales who is registered as such. The 1901 Census for 14 Newmarket Road, Brighton records a 15 year old Brighton born Frederick son of Frederick and Emily Gosvenor, whose birth was registered in 1885 as Frederick Arthur Grosvenor. Have you tried getting his Australian army records?
