Well I phoned the LMA yesterday and would you believe I got a staffer whose computer was down. The Parish Church is St Mary, Bromley St Leonards, evidently it is in St Leonards Road Bromley. The Registers are on microfilm and start at 50 quid which is not an insurmountable problem, if it is the right parish, what is difficult is the microfilm reader as I have a fiche reader. The Church evidently was largely destroyed by the "Luftwaffe" in WW2 and is close to the Church of St Mary Atte Bow.
