    3. There is a "Sunte Avenue" and a "By Sunte" to the west side of Lindfield, north of Haywards Heath town centre, both roads running roughly east from Portsmouth Lane. This may indicate where the original Sunte House was. Try searching on Google Maps http://maps.google.co.uk/ which also has an arial photo.
