Hello Listers. If there is anyone making an in depth study of the De La Warr (Sackville) family, particularly in the early part of the 19th century, then I would be delighted to hear from them. I am interested as a story has come down through my family that it might be related to the Sackville family via a 'master/servant' relationship which is what my grandfather said he was told by his grandmother, the servant in question. For a start it would be nice to find out if the 'servant', my 2xgreat-grandmother, did work for the De La Warr family. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.. Many thanks. Robin
