Joe, You can send me a copy, and any clues BUT before doing so: 1. Take the original of the certificate and turn it upside down. 2. Write what you see on a piece of paper 3. Try reading both by keeping the certificate upside down but turning your copy the "right" way up. I know it sounds daft but you'd be amazed how many times it works, especially for auditors!
