Page 44 has a photo of Chandlers Store with the caption Fred Chandler & Bert Courtney , Fred Chandler was either my Uncle or Grt Uncle. I would be so pleased if I could get a copy or the picture. The West Sussex Library Service has a copy catalogued under their reference E300045646 . The title of the book, per the Catalogue, is "Witterings then and Now: West Wittering". There is a copy at Chichester Library and Worthing Library, both in the reference section, so you cannot borrow them. You don't say where you live, so I don't know whether either library is accessible to you. However, I hope to be in Chichester on Saturday and I could obtain a photocopy of the page for you then. Hi Stan, This is the type of book which comes up on Ebay. Go to the web site and seach for "Sussex history" under "books" category. But be warned there is a lot of competition for some of the books and prices can get high.
