It is in the form of a postcard which was addressed to Mr C Goodfellow, 4 Tanfield Court, Inner Temple. Message reads Dear brother, Thanks for the letter. Shall be very pleased to come over on Friday evening , about 6.00pm. Love ?? SgG. His address given as Crouch End, Stamp is franked Hornsea. I cannot read the date but the Kings Head is facing to the left and it is a Green Half Penny stamp. Anyone wanting it send me an address and I will put it in the post.
