Hello Listers I was given a photocopy of the two entries below from the 1922 & 1940 Medical Directories respectively. However, the 1922 entry is near the spine and some of it is blacked out in the photo copy. Would anyone be able to check this Directory for the full entry please? Can anyone tell me where I would get an explanation of the letters after his name please? I think BMA maybe the British Medical Association but that's a guess as is MRCS for Member of the Royal College of Surgeons. Also I think RAMC is probably Royal Army Medical Corps, but the T and TD after it puzzle me. I hope I've copied them as I have them! 1922 Medical Directory. Rudyard: Hy. Pam, RAMC is indeed Royal Army Medical Corps. T denotesTerritorial TD denotes 'Territorial Decoration' awarded for long service. I checked out Wikipedia ~~ it has a very complete explanation. Hi Would LSA indicate membership of the London Society of Apothecaries? If so, they might have some information about him.
