Assuming that you are refering to remote access, if you have a subscription to ancestry.co.uk or ancestry.com, you can view the census schedules there. Also for some counties, you can purchase the 1881 Census CD sets from S&N. Alternatively, you can order the films from your local LDS family history centre. If you don't have access to any of the above and if it is just one sheet that you need to see, post the TNA Piece Number, folio number and the name of the person that you are looking for to this List and another List Member may well be able to access the page that you need and send it to you off-List as a *.jpg file.
