    3. John, thank you! This information gives me more on Mary - her daughter owned the Old Place - and gives me valuable info on Percy, who family has always been very elusive for me. Probate granted London 27 May to Frederick Henry Taylor retired bank officialand Percy Clarence Taylor professor of music. Effects £4950 19s 1d 1931 Percy Clarence Taylor of 12 Walpole Terrace Brighton died 25 September 1931. Probate granted London 19 October to Alice Mary Tamara Taylor widow. Effects £428 12s 4d. The entries in the register of deaths are: 1925 Jun Qtr Mary Taylor 83 Westbourne 2b 477 1931 Sep Qtr Percy C Taylor 55 Brighton 2b 271 Hope this helps.
