I wondered if anyone else has upgraded from FTM 2011 (or other version) to 2014 and has experienced problems? Since installation, my FTM has become unusable, with every attempt to enter new data being plagued by gender and relationship changes. I have spent hours on the phone to a succession of call-centre employees, none of whom have been able to help. Am I alone in this frustrating situation? Diana Burns No. 9914
