I am formatting footnotes for a book and need to get the complete information for the Sussex Family Historian.I know it is a quarterly journal and will be formatted as such using Chicago Manual Style.However, I am not sure who the publisher is?Is the publisher to be stated as Sussex Family History Group?  or Parchment Ltd.
