Dear Listers, I haven't been able to log on for several weeks, so I missed the recent correspondence re forwarding the details of members BMD certificates to Judy Excell. Some time back I prepared some standard forms that members may wish to use. There are separate versions for births, marriages and deaths.  I cannot attach them to this message as Rootswebs does not allow attachments on list messages, but if anyone would like to try them, would they please contact me off list.
