Lamar was her married name. The husband must hav died young or, otherwise, disappeared. She lived in Botetout Co VA about l770-l800 and had sons Wm and James born around l770. Wm married #1 Roseanne Mills d/o John Mills about l790 and #2 Mary "Polly" Severs in l8ll in Anderson Co TN. James marrried Elizabeth Seaver in l796 in Botetout Co VA and they later moved to Nodaway Co MO where Elizabeth died and James returned to Jefferson Co TN to, apparently die there. There was a William Severs b 1752 father of Mary "Polly" Severs There was a William Seaver who bonded the marriage of James Lamar and Elizabeth Seaver in l796 Botetout Co. Any info about him would be appreciated (as I would like to connect these two Severs/Seaver families if such conect exists. Husband of Hanna Lamar would be helpful as well. Charles Severs
