Daniel died in Phillips Co AR where he lived with his daughter who had married a Tiller. I suspect Kate is NOT the Kate listed but, rather, the reuse of her name by a brother. She is thought to have a brother named John W Severs (John Wesley Severs, likely) so it could be this one with a second marriage but the dates appear to make her in a next generation. Kate is likely a nickname and her name is likely to be Catherine. She might have another first or middle name as well as this was likely in l850.
