Jacob Seaver 1770 had a brother named John who died young . John had only one child and he was named Lemuel but he, also, died young (maybe in Switzerland Co IN where Jacob had moved in l8l8 from Scott Co VA). Lemuel had a son named Lemuel Morgan Seaver. I suspect this is Lemuel Morgan Seaver probably born in Switzerland CO IN but possibly in VA. It says Ohio but Switzerland Co IN is fairly close to Ohio. It could be an entirely different family and person, however. Charles Severs
Charles, I would think it more likely that these are descendants of William & Catherine (Peck) Seaver, who moved to Knox/Anderson Co, TN about 1800. Jacob Seaver owned land in Washington/Scott, VA and Hawkins & Sullivan, TN. Hawkins & Sullivan, TN border on Washington & Scott, VA in Northeast TN. Knox Co. is about 100 miles south(west) of Hawkins & Sullivan.
