who was Elmina Severs who married William Vann in Anderson Co TN Nov 11 l854 Charles Severs She was almost certainly related to the family of Wm Severs and Catherine Peck who moved there about l793 to l800 and had several children. This was probably a granddaughter rather than a daughter.
