At the moment I am interested in OKlahoma Severs and Frederick B Severs born l835 in Washington Co AR with father Charles J Severs born l8ll in TN (Probably Anderson County TN). There are several Severs in the area that do not seem to be related (Two are buried on the Cemetery plot of Frederick B Severs--and one is named Frederick B Severs-- Frederick B Severs is buried as "Captain" F B Severs and the dates of death are different. The younger Frederick B Severs is likely Creek Indian and jujst took the name Severs as he was an Indian Agent and quite popular among the Indians. He also had an Indian wife and 3 daughters but NO SONS. There was a Samuel B Severs (Buried in Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee OK who is reported to be full INdian in the Dawes Report (IF SO could NOT be a son of FBS). He had a son named Samuel B Severs as well and a son named Samuel who died quite young (all in Greenhill)> Frederick was also Buried on a different plot in Greenhill. One of Fredericks daughters or a sister of Frederick was buried on the plot of Samuel B Severs.
