Charles, I believe that the Polly Thompson you have married to James M. Severs was instead married to James Sevier. According to "THE SEVIER FAMILY HISTORY" James Sevier, son of Maj. James Sevier, married Polly Thompson 1817. If anyone has any documents disproving this, please let me know. Kathy
