I have a very bad photocopy of a page from the 1821 Marylebone census and I would like to transfer all the detail to MSW Spreadsheet. The problem that I have is that the original sheet has column headings and some of those columns have sub columns. For instance one column heading covers 'Number of Males' and below this there are sub columns which split into the ages of the males like this; 'Ages of males [grouped Under 5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20, then in 10-year ranges to 100+]'. Then there is the same for females. How do I get sub columns under those headings on the MSW Spreadsheet that I propose to transfer the data onto? Joe
