Joe, for the "psp" files to be handled by IrfanView, you need to download the plugins available on that site, to use with IrfanView. There are a number of formats which require various plugins. Just refer to the list of formats handled by IrfanView - click "What is IrfanView" (on the left). Then on that screen you will see the link highlighted "here the list of formats" - click that.
